Sarah Mosole graduated cum laude from the University of Bologna in 1999 and has been enrolled in the Professional Register since 2003. After graduating she has continuously worked as a lawyer, and as a partner in several associated law firms.

Several field of interest in law have been broadened with research activity, including a PhD in legal informatics and new technologies law at the University of Bologna, publishing several articles in legal journals on copyright and new technologies, whilst also holding conferences and teaching in related training courses.

A particular interest in civil law and commercial matters has been maintained throughout her career, also providing expert advice for the drafting of contracts, as well as industrial law related issues with particular regard to copyright.

The firm employs a well-established international network of consultants and lawyers for cases requiring transnational locations and skills.
